Congratulations to everyone! The Road Transfer is completed. Our legal advisers are preparing to send a Notice to the community about the road transfer and the pending HOA dissolution. Watch this website as we are planning to meet Wednesday evenings at 6PM at our local Starbucks, to plan the work ahead. Come to have your voice heard and do your part in the work ahead.
City Work Planned
Thus far, 28th Court has been marked off for City of Miami Gardens road or sewer work. That is between 198th Street and 197th Terrace.
Events In The Gardens
We need to vocalize our concerns and make an action plan regarding event parking and event road blockages. Many of us are complaining about this issue!
