We live in Leslie Estates #4 of Miami Gardens,
which is currently governed by Leslie Estates HOA Number 2.
SHEVRIN JONES has secured $1,000,000 for our roads.

Road Work In Progress
Work has ended on 28th Court between 198th Street and 197th Terrace, by Miami-Dade Water & Sewer. The road between the two sewer mains has been patched, but not resurfaced.
An informal phone conversation took place on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 between our Vice President, Sarah Clark, and Kerrith Fiddler, Public Works Director for the City of Miami Gardens.
Briefly, Mr Fiddler suggested that he would be working on securing asphalt to
provide temporary patching of our roads while the City worked on getting our roads repaired.
Residents First Policy
We need to vocalize our concerns regarding event parking and event road blockages. Many of us have complained about this issue!
Former City of Miami Gardens Councilman Reggie Leon advocated for a Miami Gardens Residents First Policy.
