City Work Planned
Thus far, 28th Court has been marked off for City of Miami Gardens road or sewer work. That is between 198th Street and 197th Terrace.
An informal phone conversation took place on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 between our
Vice President, Sarah Clark, and Kerrith Fiddler, Public Works Director for the
City of Miami Gardens, FL.
Briefly, Mr Fiddler suggested that he would be working on securing asphalt to
provide temporary patching of our roads while the City worked on getting our
roads repaired.
Events In The Gardens
We need to vocalize our concerns regarding event parking and event road blockages. Many of us have complained about this issue! Former City of Miami Gardens Councilman Reggie Leon advocated for a Miami Gardens Residents First Policy. Please review it in our Downloads section.
